Our ingredients are sourced locally where possible to enable us to provide you with a delicious two course a la carte breakfast that is freshly cooked to order.
Breakfast is served in our elegant hand painted breakfast room between 8.30am -10.00am everyday, but we can happily accommodate earlier breakfasts for those of you on business.
We make our own sausages, cure our own bacon, mix and bake our own granola and muesli, bake our own bread and serve our own homemade preserves.
Our milk is supplied by the local Northiam Dairy, our free range Lohmann eggs are from Catsfield, and our organic apple juice is pressed by Oakwood Farm in Robertsbridge. Whilst our kippers, smoked haddock and smoked salmon are bought from Rock-a-Nore Fisheries in Hastings Old Town.
